OUR FACILITIES
Whether you’re travelling as a couple, a family or a solo traveller, finding the right environment and facilities is key for great stay. With a state forest for a neighbour and 12 acres of bush gardens, there’s plenty of space to feel you’re away from it all. We find most of our guests tend to start and finish their days making the most of our facilities, whether it’s bushwalking, or watching your kids meet other kids in the playground for playtime.
All of our guests receive complimentary access to all our facilities including:

PLAY
Our sand-based playground has a focus on imaginative play, and is suitable for kids up to 10 years old or young teenagers. Alongside the playground is a playcourt that is the designated space for ball games, with a full height basketball hoop and balls nearby.
POOL
The swimming pool is heated (28-31 degrees) and available year round from 10am to sunset daily, so you can pop in for a dip whether it's to cool off on a hot day or to hide out from the rain.
GAMES ROOM
Located within the pool house, our games room contains a pool table, table tennis table, air hockey table, and a sit-down arcade game suitable for older children and adults (all free of charge).
BUSHWALKS & CYCLE TRAILS
Stepping out our back gate instantly connects you to a variety of tracks for walking, running, cycling or exploring. We can provide you with suggestions on trails to follow, from an easy wander into town to a longer adventure as far as Cowaramup or Witchcliffe.
FIREPIT
The communal firepit is the ‘spiritual’ heart of the property and the place to test your marshmallow toasting skills. From May to October/November, there are hosted firepits on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings, and guests are welcome to light the fire on other evenings. We even get you started with a jar of marshmallows in your cottage.
MAXI'S MOVIES
Once the sun sets, we run a private backyard screening of movies for in-house guests at no cost. Movies run Tuesday & Saturdays mid-Dec to early April, while the weather permits.
